• From Garmin (with your consent): fitness metrics (steps, heart rate, sleep, etc.), device metadata, workouts, and courses.
• From Apple HealthKit (with your consent): health and fitness data you permit, such as workouts, steps, calories, and heart rate.
• From you directly: account registration info (e.g., name, email), support inquiries.
• Automatically: device type, IP, usage logs, and app analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Deliver personalized training and performance insights.
• Sync activity data with Garmin Connect and Apple Health.
• Improve app performance and features.
• Provide support and communicate updates.

4. Garmin Data Notice

• We may transfer your data to Garmin if you connect your account.
• We obtain your explicit consent before any transfer.
• You remain responsible for compliance with Garmin’s Additional Terms.

5. Apple HealthKit Privacy

• We access HealthKit data only with your explicit consent.
• HealthKit data is used solely for providing health and fitness features within the App.
• We do not share HealthKit data with third parties without your explicit consent.
• We do not sell HealthKit data or use it for advertising/marketing.
• You may revoke access to HealthKit data at any time via the Apple Health app settings.

6. AI Transparency

AI is used to process your data. By signing up, you give consent for AI processing. You can withdraw consent at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may request to:

• Access, correct, or delete your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent to data processing.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We retain data only as long as necessary for app functionality or as required by law.

• Your use of Garmin Connect requires compliance with Garmin’s terms.
• Your use of Apple HealthKit requires compliance with Apple’s terms.
• We do not control third-party platforms.

6. Subscriptions

Fees, renewals, and cancellations are disclosed before purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are our property. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Health Disclaimer

The App provides fitness and performance insights but is not a medical service. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning new exercise programs.

9. Termination

10. Disclaimers & Liability

The App is provided “AS IS.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is capped at amounts you paid in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roah LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States.
